FirstRound models the documented, publicly reported behavior of applicant tracking systems ("ATS") using public sources. It does not connect to those systems and does not run your résumé through them. Every score is a deterministic estimate of how a résumé is likely to parse, not a measurement taken from the live platform. Real results vary with each employer's configuration, the ATS version in use, the specific job posting, and ongoing changes by the vendors.
No guarantee of any outcome
Using FirstRound does not guarantee that your résumé will pass any ATS, be seen by a recruiter, rank in any search, or result in an interview, offer, or employment. Hiring decisions depend on many factors outside our control. We make no promise of any specific result.

FirstRound is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, SmartRecruiters, or any other applicant tracking system. Product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the systems FirstRound models.
